DELIVERY POLICY

POST DELIVERY IN GREECE

Regular parcels

The shipment of products is carried out via ACS courie. Orders are dispatched by us within 2 working days (MONDAY – FRIDAY, 10:00 – 17:00), except during periods of high workload, when orders are processed on a priority basis. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday, provided it is a working day. In the event that we are awaiting stock replenishment, you will be notified of any delivery delay.

Once your order has been handed over to the courier company, you will receive an informational email with the tracking number. With this number, you will be able to monitor the progress of your shipment through the courier company’s website.

Please note that when you place an order with Cash on Delivery (COD), we will first make a phone call to the number you provided in order to confirm the order and verify that your details are genuine, before the order is processed.

• Shipping costs are free for any purchase over € 49.00. This does not apply for beds (read more in the next paragraph)
• In case of purchase of products worth up to € 49.00, the shipping costs are € 6.00 for a package weighing up to 2kgr plus € 1.50 for each additional kgr.
• Cash on delivery costs are € 3.00.

Beds delivery

For heavy and bulky products (such as upholstered beds with a wooden frame), shipping is carried out via a freight company. The cost is calculated based on the delivery location by the freight company, and we will inform you accordingly before dispatch.

The Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method is not available for products such as beds, as they are delivered only upon order.

You can also pick up your order from our physical store free of charge during working days and hours.

PARCEL LOSS

Our e-shop www.tolefko.gr is not considered responsible in case of delay in delivery or in case of loss of your parcel due to transport / courier. In case you do not receive within a reasonable time (up to 7 days from the delivery by us to the Courier company), www.tolefko.gr performs a check to the courier, which can take a maximum of 15 days. During this period, no refunds or shipments will be made. If there is no update within 15 days, the order is canceled, so in case you have paid by credit / debit card, direct account debit or paypal, the amount will be refunded.
