RETURNS & EXCHANGES
For any exchange or return, you must first contact our Customer Service Department at epistrofes@tolefko.gr or by phone at +30 2741072473 and inform us of your request within 14 days from the shipping date from Lefko.
You will need to have the following details available:
- Full name on the order
- Order number
- Product code
- Sales receipt
- Products to be exchanged must be in perfect condition, with their original tags and packaging. No labels or packaging tape should be attached directly to the product's box.
1. RETURNS/EXCHANGES AT OUR PHYSICAL STORE
Returns and exchanges are free of charge if done at our physical store: Kyprou 112, Corinth, Greece.
2. REMOTE EXCHANGE VIA ACS COURIER
If the return is due to an error by Lefko, we will cover the return costs as follows:
A) For orders over €49.00, the first exchange (return and re-shipping to the customer) is free of charge. For additional exchanges, the costs are borne by the customer.
B) The first exchange is done exclusively via our partnered courier service, ACS.
C) For orders under €49, the return shipping costs are covered by our company, but the cost of shipping the exchanged item is paid by the customer.
In case of order cancellation or withdrawal, if Lefko is not at fault, the return or exchange costs are covered by the customer. The process must be completed within 14 days from the order date.
⚠ IMPORTANT: For hygiene reasons, pillows and down products cannot be returned or exchanged.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If a customer receives a defective product, we are obliged to replace it, provided that the defect is verified and evident upon receipt.
- The defective product must be returned to our company and will be replaced (subject to availability) at our expense.
- To be accepted as defective, the issue must be reported within 14 days of receipt, and the product must not be damaged due to misuse.
If the defect is determined to be caused by misuse, or if the product has been used or its packaging damaged, the same product will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Customers must follow the washing instructions on the product's care label. Lefko is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing.
